This is when Silk Teddy Baby was born. Instead of mohair, the coat of our reproduction is a rich, golden silk specially designed to match the color and texture of the post-war original.
He wears a genuine leather collar finished with an aged brass bell.
Even its chest label has been recreated to match the 1948 design.
